I have found that the harder I TRY to do something the less forward movement I get. Losing weight is no exception. It goes against the laws of nature. Just try to pick up a pencil. You can't do it. Either you do or you don't, but trying is unaffective. Thats how it is with everything. The harder you push against something the more it pushes back. Less effort gets you further forward. Be easy about things. Acknowledge where you are at this moment and gently move in the direction that you want to go. Keep a clear picture of you attaining your goal in your mind as often as you can remember. What does it feel like? What does it look like? The more detail you can put together about what you are wanting the better. That's it for now. Just focus on your end result as often as you can each day. Especially early morning or just before bed. Take a few minutes and think about the final result in detail and feel great.
