How a Crucial Nutrient Prevents Premature Aging ... Reduces Aches and Pains ... Lowers Your Risk of Diabetes ... and Prevents Serious Diseases, Including Cancer

Question: What is the mineral that is most commonly deficient in the American diet? Check the correct answer. ↓↓↓↓↓

Mineral and Vitamin Pills Calcium
Chromium
Copper
Iron
Magnesium
Selenium
Zinc

The correct answer is ... magnesium.

Contrary to popular belief, magnesium is the most common mineral deficient in the American diet—not calcium.

Are you deficient in magnesium? There's a high likelihood that you are.

A shocking 68% of Americans do not consume the recommended daily intake of magnesium, according to the latest government study. The same study also shows that 19% of Americans don't even consume half of the recommended daily intake of magnesium. [Source: Transdermal Magnesium Therapy by Mark Sircus AC, OMD]

If you're deficient in magnesium, here's why you should worry: ↓↓↓↓↓

"Virtually every known disease is
associated with magnesium deficiency,
including asthma, hypertension, cancer, diabetes, migraine, allergies,
myocardial (h), and depression."

— Dr. Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D. - Author of Holy Water, Sacred Oil, in his scientific study entitled "Transdermal Absorption of Magnesium" published in the Southern Medical Journal

According to many health practitioners, without sufficient magnesium, the body degenerates rapidly ... ages prematurely ... and accumulates toxins and acid residues. But there's a powerful solution to magnesium deficiency ... and it's not by taking magnesium pills and powders. Read on to discover the breakthrough solution.
This Undetected Deficiency Has Dangerous Risks

ILow-Grade Symptomsnitial symptoms of magnesium deficiency are usually subtle. It may start with aches and pains ... that rundown feeling ... or any other low-grade symptoms that you (or your doctor) can't explain.

And since most magnesium is stored in the tissues, the first signs may be leg cramps, foot pain, or muscle twitches. Other symptoms can gradually develop, including, but not limited to: high blood pressure ... anxiety ... asthma ... inability to get into deep sleep ... restless legs ... blood sugar imbalances ... abnormal heart rhythms ... chest pains ... kidney stones ... and many other symptoms.

But be forewarned: Although the symptoms might be subtle or mild at first, magnesium deficiency is a dangerous condition—and chronic deficiency can produce long-term damage and even be fatal.

Can Magnesium Deficiency Cause Cancer?

Some leading researchers say it can indeed cause cancer. Consider the following studies showing a link between magnesium deficiency and cancer:

A Polish study concluded that inadequate magnesium is an important risk factor in predisposing individuals to leukemia. Other researchers found that 46% of the patients admitted to an intensive care unit in a tertiary cancer center presented as deficient in magnesium (hypomagnesemia). Animal studies show that magnesium deficiency has caused lymphopoietic neoplasms in young rats. Researchers from the School of Public Health at the University of Minnesota concluded that diets rich in magnesium reduced the occurrence of colon cancer. A previous study from Sweden reported that women with the highest magnesium intake had a 40% lower risk of developing the cancer than those with the lowest intake. Several studies have shown an increased cancer rate in regions with low magnesium levels in soil and drinking water. In Egypt, the cancer rate was only about 10% of that in Europe and America. Among the rural fellah (peasants and agricultural laborers), it was practically non-existent. These cancer-free populations have an extremely high magnesium intake of 2.5 to 3g—which is 10 times more than in most Western countries. The School of Public Health at the Kaohsiung Medical College in Taiwan found that magnesium exerts a protective effect against gastric cancer, but only for the group with the highest magnesium levels.

Warning: Majority Of Magnesium Supplements Not Only Fail To Deliver Results—But Many are Harmful To Your Health!

Virtually every magnesium supplement that we investigated was found to contain unacceptable levels of contaminants and impurities. This is because the companies that make them have used the cheapest possible magnesium raw materials.

Therefore, those supplements deliver very little or no beneficial effect at all—and are proven to be harmful in many ways when ingested orally. Magnesium pills, for example, cannot be properly digested or absorbed by the body, and therefore, leave a load of unused magnesium in the body that overload and threaten the functioning of the liver and kidneys.

Powdered magnesium supplements, on the other hand, deliver too-quick absorption which causes a laxative effect that ironically results in further magnesium loss.

Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., author of The Magnesium Miracle, suggests that the most superior form of magnesium supplementation may very well be a super saturated solution of magnesium chloride administered through a convenient transdermal spray. These sprays are applied to high-circulation areas on the skin, allowing for easy absorption into the bloodstream. Transdermal magnesium can help your body maintain optimal magnesium levels—without the drawbacks of other supplement forms—because your body only absorbs the magnesium it needs.
