A simple breathing exercise to try right now:

A great way to build your breath and promote naturally fuller breathing is by intentionally exhaling all of your breath completely.  Most of us are not completely eliminating all of the old, stale air that lingers in bottom of our lungs.  Here's a good way to push out the old and usher in the new:

1.) Take a nice big breath

2.) Slowly release this breath until the point where you would naturally stop exhaling, then gently squeeze out a little more air.

3.) Repeat this exercise five times.

This practice will help bring more fresh oxygen into your respiratory system and will also begin to strengthen the muscles in your ribcage.  As you continue to add this exercise into your daily routine you will notice your exhalations becoming deeper.  And WALLAH, you’re cells will be happy and you will be healthy.

HINT: It’s probably NOT due to poor diet, iron-poor blood, or a sluggish thyroid.
